Two sides

Finished up the WIP of Sailor Golden Moon, Eclipsed Moon with little princess Selenity in the middle. Of course, they're all her though.

Eclipsed Moon is the senshi form that Selenity "takes" after her mother is brutally killed in front of her during a training session. She is essentially the forces inside Selenity who are willing to do anything to survive, ruthless cold and dark, brought on by the trauma of her mother's death (and feeling responsible for it). The transformation is instantaneous, and happens when Selenity is in any way in danger. When this happens she 'loses' herself to the primal survival instincts, and when she de-transforms she can't remember anything that transpires when transformed. Which is a good thing for her.

Sailor Golden Moon is the senshi form that Selenity was meant to take, and she only has this form once, when fighting Chaos next to her grandmother (who by then is Sailor Cosmos. Don't ask, there's actually a good reason for why she would take that form. ). This form is brought on by Selenity accepting her destiny as well as the fact that her mother's death wasn't her fault, and 'healing' her sailor crystal of the taint that occurred when she first transformed.

In between we have princess Selenity, the golden princess of Crystal Tokyo. Too young to ascend the throne when her mother died, the old queen Serenity had to rule in her stead. She never got to be crowned a proper queen, as she disappeared after the fight with Chaos, leaving behind her younger sister to rule the ruins of Crystal Tokyo.
