Party in the USA - Miley Cyrus

I don't really care how people in general feel about Miley Cyrus (apparently she's SERIOUS BUSINESS GUIS!), but when I hear this song I always thing about Peach. It's just so much like her, really. She's all about feeling the music!

This will be my next entry for the OSI, which is civilian/disguise. I just need to write my little text for it.
