Blasting off

I have some really old drawings that I did way back on elfwood, one of them was of a random team rocket lady because reasons (who even knows?), and I thought I'd be fun to re-draw her! I'm not entirely sure where her design came from, whether it's just totally random or actually has some interesting background story. I'm thinking it's probably really random! XD

Now I wonder what kind of pokemon she uses...
